Small group of us for a birthday lunch ... birthday girl had ravioli (vegetarian dish), one of us had the sole, 3 of us had Lamb Wellington with mash, peas & gravy. So scrumptious on a wet, cold Sunday... lamb was melt in the mouth, yummy and very filling. Other dishes enjoyed by the others as well. We followed with cuppacinos & other beverages, brought our own "birthday cake" by way of greek sweets which seemed not to be a problem for staff.
However, the reduction in stars is due to a stuff up on the bill. We were charged extra $20? for having ice cream & 3 extra cuppacino s. Alerted Carmen to discrepancies who sorted something out with girl who took our order (saying it was accidentally added from other table) but no apology at all. The glitch threw us in working out our bill/who ordered what, taking awhile, and one of our group heard Carmen say "get on with it" as she walked past.
What a shame our delicious meal was spoiled by such rudeness toward us by the restaurant owner at the fault of her own staff!
I'm a member of Tigers club itself and likely to go there for other reasons, but my four friends said no way, not again. -

Worst customer service ever. Rude staff. Staff told us to never return after they rushed us through our private event. Made one of our guests take orders for tea and coffee instead of using one of their multiple staff members. Also pushed guests out of the way to make people move faster. After discussing table arrangements prior, these plans were not adhered to and we were given a smaller space to hold our event and placed members who were not part of our gathering in our "private" space. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
